I wish to highlight the blunders committed by University of Mysore's online MBA program supported on University18 learning platform.

Initially, when my admission was confirmed in July 2023, I opted for MBA - Executive Leadership and paid the required fees of around Rs. 92000/-. I opted for MBA - Executive Leadership as it would add more value to my skills as I am already having around 20 years of experience in the IT industry....

I have received my marksheets, and they provisional certificate.
Kindly am requesting to know when I can receive my degree certificate.
I finished 2022 it’s now 1 year without my degree certificate...

I finished my Bsc microbiology 2022 June.
Now it’s 1year no graduation I don’t know when I can receive it....

I have completed MSc Maths in the year 2012 with REGISTRATION NUMBER: B10PMH[protected]Study Center:1478). I had submitted original MSc Previous Certificates to the Study Center at the time of joining. And the Study Center is closed in due course.

But the University is insisting for MSc Previous Certificates (which I have submitted to Study Center) for issue of Degree Certificate and Convocation.

My son Sujay shekar Shetty has applied for MBA in marketing since his admission got cancelled from them because he was ineligible for the course as his passing certificate issued by Mumbai University was 2017 his admission was done on March 2022 they have not refund our money it is almost 10 months i have mailed many times on December 12 they told after director signature they will refund i have mailed after that no reply please i want refund...

My son Sujay shekar Shetty has taken admission in MBA for distance education in marketing in march2022 since he has completed graduation in 2017 he was not eligible for that degree we paid yearly fees after that they are saying he is not eligible since may i am asking refund they are not giving answer also ii have mailed also many times to the university but no response please do the needful and give my refund as soon as possible...

I have applied Provisional Certificate on 12.08.2022 relevant of Degree BSC Mathematics year passing 2012 namely Panasa Venkata Swamy, Register No.BC11UMH13590001, Collage Code: 1359.
