Periyar University — Provisonal certificate and degree yet not recived

I was passed out Bcom in 2011 but still I ha vent recived my provisional certificate and degree. I stays at Delhi and even the study centre from where I took addmission they also not ready to help to get the same. Can any one help me on this else I will lose my career. Rgds,
