Personal — Regarding Speed Post Tracking nO: EP[protected]IN

I Baljit kaur W/o Sarabjit singh sira Address ; B-30/4066, Samrala Chowk Delhi Road, Near Kuka Worshop Ludhiana 1. We both are doing service and no one is available at our house in our absence as due to My grandmother has expired few days back who was available all the times. I was supposed to receive my ICICI bank cheque booklet. I have traced from bank and was received doc no on 26 Nov 2016. that the artical was sent via speedpost against tracking no EP[protected]IN. When tracked on monday it was shown the said artical was sent to NSH post offioce railway station. I sent my Husband Sarabjit singh alongwith letter of Authority along him and he approached Ludhiana Station Speedpost Manager Mr Singh and requested to hand over the same. But he refused by saying it will only sent back and will not handover the same to my husband.

Please look into this matter as it was urgently required by me.
