Hi, when it was in shipping, I cancelled the product. But, they didn't update anything in the official site, so I approached support team and requested to cancel. They said, it will cancel but it didn't. And, it delivered to me.

This time I raised return request, again same repeated. Pickup initiated but, no one reached to pickup. And, approached to the support team again. They are keep on postponing....

It's been two days since I have been struggling with issues regarding one of my orders at the Peter England store in Gwalior. I had a Rs 5000 coupon that I had given to the store billing assistant. I have raised a service request to cancel one of my order due to size issue. I got a mail saying it would be cancelled and refund will be initiated as there is no provision of change of size on ordered item. But no action was taken and it has been delivered to the address. As this is a gift item I felt embarrasement due to this....

Pants purchased from MAX Trimulgiri Secunderabad store on 19 May 2023. Pant's colour totally faded within a month which is not expected from the brand like Peter England. Pant is now looking very odd.

Tshirt I bought two days back in Peter England shop located in pulivendula is full of small holes.I need new tshirt with exchange of that or I need full refund for that shirt....

03 shirts were purchased on 05.05.23 and two of them had blood strains, which was noticed later. These shirts were purchased at Raj nagar district center ghaziabad.
