Peter England — misselling

Dear sir/madam, My wife and sister had purchased belt from peter England store from vicar as s gift on my birthday and while purchasing your executive had promised to exchanged it and had also informed not to remove tag if you want to exchange and bill was not generated but later on when I went personally to your store to exchange it as I was not comfortable with that style I requested them to exchange it or I also requested them to buy higher value of any clothing and pay the deficit amount but he refused me straight away and gave me the reason that we don't exchange accessories. This reason was not acceptable because verbally while purchasing they had promised us and later they are refusing it. At present we feel like cheated because nothing was taken in written and we believed on their words. That belt amount is negligible but value of that is not measured because its an gift from my younger sister. Really the company of your stature will do this cheap and false commitments its not acceptable. Because of this type of employees our trust and faith on your Brand decreases. Please help as me to regain my faith on your brand and your company.
