Petronas Oil company malaysia — Job offer letter (reference no 67/21564) true / false / fake

Dear respective management personnel i received a mail from petronas oil company malaysia without any interview or phone call, only answer few question and exchange of few e-mail, after that i got the job offer letter, now on that time immigration attorney (Rozalan khuen advocate & solicitors), law firm claim to me $1200.00 and mail/instruct me to send money calvin jhonas in different address.But a matter of great sorrow that from my country is not possible to send money ( govt. Restriction ) that is why i am not able to send money . But mr. Calvin instruct me to send money by the help of my friends work in aboard, even tho i am not able to send money . They wrote me to on mail that given them the copy of receipt's of sending money, pass application form fill up, passport copy with holding data and photograph.
When i not able to do this job that time they stop communication with me.
Pls let me know the offer letter is true or false .
If false why they play with me or if true why not they give me easy opportunity to join the company.
