Philips India — Complaint against after sales service | |||
I have a Philips trimmer, which is not working properly and it is still under guarantee. I have called to customer care and they have provided me address of service center in Faridabad, but your no service center exist there. I have called many time to the service center phone no. given to me by Customer care but no one picked up. After several try I was replied once and come to know that the service has been shifted somewhere else. I tried to find the new address but all is vain. I talked to your customer care about the new address but they have only answer that 'sir please try on mobile no which was picked only once after trial of more than 50 times. I was surprised by thinking that such a big brand and this much of poor service. I request you to the needful if you have some resolution of the same.
