We have bought LED Television mode 50PFL5059N7 KZ on[protected] at Delhi and a Company Installer named Amrish Tyagi came to install the same. For Wall Mounted Installation, he said that customer need to provide some goods, which are to procure from market as such he installed the same as Table Mounted and said for wall mounting you can get it done later and same will be done once for free in warranty time. Now when we wanted to get it done they say you have to pay for it as you have not got it done withing 1 month of purchase. Had chatted in this regard with Ms. Sonia on their website and a call back from Mr. Rishabh Sharma[protected] had nothing to help apart from one single answer if you want to get it done you have to pay. It shows how this Multi National Company is cheating it's customers in India. We tried to obtain the number of Their All India Service Head or Delhi Region Service Manager, which they refused to share.
