Philips India — Mixer grinder jugs getting stuck after use

I purchased Phylips Mixer Grinder HL 7699/00 750 Watt through Amazon.in on 20/07/2014.The jars are getting stuck after use. First time I took it to Gurgaon service centre, Seetla mata mandir Road. Second and third time I lodged complaints (Nos.[protected] and[protected] respectively). Yesterday the technician came and opened it, applied mustard oil also. After running it once, it got stuck again. He noted my request for changing the machine but I haven't received the reply from Phylips India till now. I had made the same request to the customer care executive also. I therefore request you to kindly change this machine with a different model as soon as possible. I do not want this model. I am a senior citizen and living alone. I have not used this mixer as every time I used this, it got stuck. It is difficult for me to open this.
