[Resolved]  Philips India — No response from philips service center, Secunderabad for a philips product

Hi, Sub: No response from philips service center, Hyderabad for a philips product. Product : Philips Epilator. Product No: HP 6408 Issue with the product: Not working I have given my product at registered philips service center (#address and complaint details mentioned below) on 1st of Sep 2014 to check whether electricity is flowing or not and i was told ill get a call back in the evening and they will let me know then as there were no concerned technician available at the time of my complaint. i have never received a call and all the while i was calling them to know the issue, finally on Friday i.e 6th Sep 2014 i have received a call from service center saying estimation charges are 500 rs (400 rs for charger replacement and 100 rs are towards service charge). i asked them to go ahead and do replacement and again representative from service center told me she will give a call and let me when to pick up the product. I waited and never received the call again. Today on Tuesday i.e 9th Sep 2014 i have called them to know when will i get my product back. i got a same reply saying still issue is not fixed as there are no technicians. I felt of lack of responsibility from the service center side, they should promise a customer specified time and they should deliver in time or else they should update customer. Please look into this complaint and please give a solution.
