Philips India — Non replacement of defective component of Television

Sir i purchased Philips TV Model 29PFTL4738 71 cm (28) LED TV on 19.11.2014. But last the TV start giving problem. I lodged a complaint and the company's technician visited, checked the TV and told that the motherboard of the TV to be replaced. He also assured that since the TV is within warranty period, the company will replace the motherboard at free of cost. After a week, the customer care told that the said component already arrived at their Okhla centre, My complaint No. is PDEL[protected] and code is R15243 After my vigorous follow-up, their technician visited out place on 3rd october, but told us that the component he brought was wrong and not fit for this tv. He further that he will report to the customer care and they will arrange for the right the component in due course.
