Philips India — Nothing, but problems | |
Sir, Please refer to my earlier complaint dated 18.04.2014, it is marked as resolve, but it is still not resolve. I would like to bring to your notice that on 30.04.2014 I have received my System back almost 2 after months. Again the same problem is there. My system work only for 5 minutes and it get automatically stop. The RIA Care person has told us that we have check continously for four days. But why it is not working. As I told you that I feel that their is no professional persons working in PHILIPS Authorised Centre.There is no qualified/professional person in RIA Care who can solve the problem. No one is bother of giving better service to the customer. I regret to say that I am very much upset/fustrute of this kind of attitude. I also regret to say that the product of PHILIP is of very bad quality and also the service provided by PHILIP. I really say that I will never in my dream also think of purchasing any of PHILIPS PRODUCT. If you people really feel shame of this, pls resolve my issue ASAP.
