[Resolved]  Philips — Philips Saeco espresso machine repair issue

I bought a Philips Saeco espresso machine (HD8753) last year. This year the display panel started malfunctioning, so i registered a complaint on 21/5/2014 with philips - complaint no[protected]. Inspite of repeated reminders, there has been no action till now. It seems like they are selling the machine in India without the necessary support structure. This is the most pathetic response i have received from an established company till date. I would strongly advise people against buying their espresso machines, based on my experience.
