Pickme — Cell Not being handed over since long time | |||
It is really sad that a company that apparently claims to promise their customer is literally harassing them. Every time i call the customer care they are delaying the delivery day by 5 day. Mobile phone is an urgent thing, i hope the company "Pick Me India" is aware of!!! still such negligence and IRRESEPOSIBILTY.. But they should be afraid of being Charged as sophisticated buglers!!! I am very apologies sir I know you are great person and lot of problem face a our company but my company not a harassing. I m a main person here so I will direct contact with senior person regarding your mobile phone and whatever your query I will give 100% assurty and immediately your problems will solf.

the issue is resolved now after lots of calls though..but hence forth we expect better follow up and speed of action
