[Resolved] Pickme — Mobile not returned yet and very poor customer care | |||
I realized very late that I have picked a worst company to insure my smart phone. My mobile was picked on 10-Dec-14 as it's screen got damaged and I have been promised to return my mobile in 10-15 days. I was literally got frustrated with the kind of service this Pickme is providing. Hardly the call connects when we call up the call centre and their representatives will give false promises. After several follow ups I have been told that mobile is ready but they are waiting for some approvals and might take more time. And moreover, if I want my mobile back immediately, I should pay Rs.4500/- and they will transfer me later. Not sure how they want me to trust them they will give back my money promptly after failing to return my mobile. Today the latest update I got from their representative is I will get my mobile after 6th Jan'15. They have given these dates for enough times and now I feel like it is gone for a toss and end up with nothing other than the frustration. This company failed in all departments and causing worries to their customers. I would strongly suggest not to go for this company products and rather look for a competitor for e.g. Syska Gadget Secure which I got to know from their advertisements. Really sorry for that sir, I totally agree with you because you’re a great person tha’ts why I will tell you sir don’t be fractured I wil make sure I will send my exicutive give your mobile and finished your problms.

I had given my phone on 25 april 2015 .My screen got damaged I have been promised to return my mobile Within 45 days.Today is 1st august even more than 3 months passed and they did not give my mobile yet.This is very Frustating for me. What kind of service is this. Everytime I call in customer care they give me non sense excuses and make me very angry.I made mistake to give my phone in pickme insurance. This is Worst and Horrible Company in insurance sector i have ever seen.If i donot get my phone within 7 days I am going to Consumer court I have to do Police complaint.This company should be punished.
