PGN[protected] … after giving me time slot of 48 hrs ur service man told me that he has no time for attending my registered complain … I again register complain against ur service man …. Till yesterday no body responses me for my complain … today ur service man suddenly call me and ask me to repair my induction… I refuse because I am not in the town...

we had applied the request for the stove repair for the Stovekraft and assigned the service engineer on 22/12/2023. he visited our home checked the stove will not be repairable and need to replaced. he took the bill and warranty card everything on jan 2nd 2024. Bought mixer and stopped after 3 months, given for repairs under warranty on 23rd nov 23 and yet not repaired (today date is 9th Dec 23) when contacted service centre they say they dnt have parts....

Not working in warranty period...

I have Raised complaint on 26th Sep 2023. Today is 21st Nov 2023 and it almost like 2 months. we did not received the exchange in the part. Unable to reach the customer care no. Service center person not responding to the calls.
Our complaint no. is 3264221.
There is no link to track the status also....

I have purchased a Gas Stove on 8th June 2023. Till now 5 complaints registered to resolve my gas stove issue. But nothing happened. Still the issue not resolved.

Stove Kraft doesn't take any responsibility to resolve the customer issue....

I had given to the local service centre in Chennai for replacement or servicing the pressure cooker lid which is under 1 year warranty on 23 September 23 and in spite of repeated requests, emails they have not replaced or sent the serviced part.
Hence this complaint after nearly 50 days....

Tried contacting the customer service number but none of them are giving the place where I have to drop. Each time I call them they ask me to go to other centre but when I go or call they say they don't do the service.

I sent an email too no response to this.
