That time on screen showing transaction is decline & I made another online payment of INR 1705.6 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee Bill Desk from your Account XXXXXXXX3866 on Aug, 04, 2015 at 00:03. After 10 minute I was checking my account details & realise I was made by 2 online payment for 2 transaction. I have one payment receipt attached here.
