Hi,

This is to bring to your attention that i had taken premium service for commodity market and paid 35000 inr on 4th february 2016. My current representatives are bandana and pragati.

I got various promises from your company representatives which are completely false and is meant only for getting new client. I have been promised that my payment of 35000 will be tripled in 45 days with other false promises as per below email. And also if any loss occurs, it will be recovered by you.

I do not receive any timely follow up on the calls and also there are no support provided after 6.30 pm though i have requested several times for this. The market movement happens mostly during this period till 11.30 pm. Also i do not get any market related news and information from your company representatives.

Even my complaints over phone are not entertained in a serious note by your company representatives.

I was told by your company representatives that if i join in premium service than i will receive calls with 80% accuracy. However, in practice only 30% calls are accurate and rest 70% are wrong. This create a big question on the quality of research in your company. I do not find any difference between your basic and premium service.In both cases the call accuracy are same.

After joining premium service i have incurred a loss of 1, 30, 000 inr based on your company calls plus the premium service charges of 35000. This makes my negative balance to 1, 65, 000. Above this as per agreement your company promised to give minimum of 3 time on premium charges. So the total money to be recovered from market by your company is 2, 35,[protected]+70000) till date.

However, seeing your company representative's seriousness on recovering the loss and the quality of calls given by your research team, i do not believe that your company can keep the promises.

I am highly dissatisfied with the poor service of your company and would never recommend your services to any friend.

Please provide me a written explanation on the email.
