[Resolved] Pizza Hut — 30 minutes deliver failed. pizza reached in 45 minutes.

2 orders were made. delivery time of 1st was 1.05 pm, and 2nd was 1.09 pm. but we received pizzas at 1.21 pm. on asking for refund, the branch manager said that we will not refund, and challenged to lodge an online complaint. the proofs are ttached herewith.
