[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Bad service and Bad behaviour by Pizza hut employee | |||
I and my friend had ordered two Chicken Mexican large pizzas for home delivery from Pizza Hut Powai, Mumbai today and we are highly disappointed with the Pizza hut service as well as behavior of Pizza hut employee "Mr. Nilesh Sawant" who received the phone call. The pizzas were 55 minutes late and even the delivery person accepted it. When we called Pizza Hut powai, Mr. Nilesh Sawant talked very rudely on phone. He first made a false excuse that today "50 min delivery or free"offer was applicable and didnt listen to anything inspite of even the delivery boy accepting that pizzas were 55 minutes late. His words were "Aaj koi offer valid nahi hai. Poora pay karo ya fir pizza return kar do." In the end we had to pay full price of the pizzas. The pizzas had become cold and we had to throw away almost one full pizza out of the two. We are highly disappointed as it was a total waste of money. Our experience with pizza hut has been very good till now but this time it was appallingly bad. Such a behaviour is unacceptable from a big chain like Pizza hut.
