Pizza Hut — Charged for an Order but not delivered | |||
Hi I had placed an order on 28th April 2015 through the pizza hut page and I was given the order number[protected]. I waited for 45 minutes for the order and when i didn't receive it, I called the pizza hut number[protected] to check the order status. When asked, they told me that no order has been placed by me. I told them that i have received an order number and that amount was deducted. They told me it is fault of the website. I complained on Pizza hut site and ordered from a different vendor. Then at 10 PM at night, the pizza hut delivery boy comes and tells me that he has brought the pizza. I told him it is not acceptable as i ordered almost 2 hours before and then I asked to speak to his manager. His manager Paul tells me that he will make sure that reimbursement will be done the next day. From the next day onwards, he does not answer the call when i try to find the status of the reimbursement. Pizza Hut can't even deliver the service properly, neither can they provide proper resolution. Please escalate this issue to their notice Was this information helpful? | |||
