I ordered online 23 pieces of Loaded Miniz Veg Pizza on 13/09/2015 through pizzahut.co.in at MS Palaya, Bangalore for the Birthday party of my daughter and paid the amount of Rs.552.00 including taxes. But unfortunately, pizzas could not be delivered to me because online it has chosen the wrong branch at old airport road Bangalore and my house is near to their VR pura branch. After I got the call from them, It was requested them to transfer the order to VR Pura branch but it did not happen. While I called them their customer care and spoken with them around 20 min and spending money on phone also, they were not able to do that because of their franchise problem. While I asked them to cancel my order and return my money but they did not return my money yet as they said it will take 21 days which is not acceptable.
I need the assistance to:
1. Get my money back without any delay
2. Compensation due to inconvenience caused and spoilage the Birthday party of my daughter.
3. Spend more money to place the order of food
After talking with their Regional Manager Shiva also, nothing been done yet and now he is not replying the SMS and phone calls.
