[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Home Delivery - not received - intimation after 27 Minutes of placing the order

Dear Sir, My name is Paras Shah & I am regular customer of Pizza Hut. ( My land line No[protected] - Today we have placed the order at 8.58 pm for two medium Pizzas (1 +1 Free) for Home delivery - we got a call within 5 Minutes to reconfirm the order and address - After 27 minutes I got a call from Mr. Mohammad saying that no one from delivery department is picking up the phone hence we can not deliver the order. This is first time most shocking experience to us in last so many years from Pizza Hut. If at all there was a problem one should have informed us within 5 Minutes why the intimation after 27 minutes is a question mark.
