Pizza Hut India — Cash deducted but order was not placed

Hello i placed an order on 26/11/2016 and payed using mvisa.
I called the pizzahut after 15 min they told my order is not placed at all, so i placed an other order for cash on delivery.
plz find the attachment below i have copy of my mvisa transaction and the cash on delivery order.
i called pizza hut no[protected] they where like you have placed any order plz check with my bank
Bank ppl was like with out the order cancellation notice we cant refund your money back
refund my amount asap
