Pizza Hut — Money not refunded after error placed in online delivary order

My login ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered one PIZZA cost 470/- for address IISc Bangalore. the delivary branch of pizza hut is Bel road Bangalore. I paid through Mobikwik. Mobikwik shows transaction successful but error occurred on Pizzahut site. the transaction ID is BMBK[protected]. 14/03/2015 17:17:49 hours. Kindly take the issue and refund the money. The second attempt for the order was successful. I hope for the refund. as soon as possible.
