[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Money not refunded yet... worst customer care and service

Hi, i have used pizza hut android app on 14th sept 2014 to place an order which failed and money was deducted. It's been more than 20 days now and i am still waiting for the refund. When i call their customer care they have no answers and they try to escape by hanging up calls or making fake promises.
