[Resolved] Pizza Hut — No order taken | |||
Hello, This is Soham. I have given an order for pickup at around 10 PM from Pune-Aundh Pizza Hut restaurant over telephone[protected] on 17/10/2014. A lady representative confirmed me the order and had also given me a order No.[protected]. They had told me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. However, I went to the store after 30 mins and enquired whether my order is ready. The store personnel Shri Pankaj informed me they had not received any confirmation for the same and they were totally unaware of the order. They asked me to call the customer care and confirm. After calling the customer care, Shri Bharat of the customer care told me due to technical reasons they could not inform the store (throughout the entire 30 mins). Further, to this, they were appreciating my patience. I wonder how can a person appreciate my patient for not getting my food after 30 mins. Even if there was some technical difficulties, these days all are using mobiles and they could have called the store over mobile. Neither they called me about the technical flaws. Only, after calling from my side, the customer care personnel asked me to hand over my mobile to the store personnel to give the order. This is really adding insult to injuries. They promise to deliver in 30 mins and after 1 hr they gave me my order. This is truly pathetic and I demand not only an apology but also my losses of my precious time and money. Is this a free service being given to me. I am paying for the food and this is what is given to me "a very pathetic service". I also have call record facility in mobile and the entire conversation was recorded as a proof also. Was this information helpful? | |||
