Pizza Hut — Non refund of payment against failed order

I placed an online order at Pizaa Hut through their mobile app on 5th May.. The order amount of Rs. 606 was deducted twice from account but the order failed. Its been 25 days and I have not yet received the amount in my account.
I have been calling the customer care but get the standard reply that it will be reverted back in 10 days. I also complained through social media, they took the details but there has been no action.
