[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Online Order | |||
I had ordered for online delivery on 3 October 2014 from the website . The amount got debited from the bank, but the order failed. I called around 10 times to their call center and also a few times to the store(which is Profit Centre, Kandivali West). It was only during the last 2 calls that the person said the amount will be credited within 22 days. They were like we have re-ordered and you will receive it. I called the store back for replacing the order and the guy said that I would have to call the call center to place the order and that they wouldn't accept any orders. I called the call center on[protected] and he said he cannot place the order due to technical issues. He was like he will send them an sms for call back. I told him that they have been saying they would call back since the past half an hour and he cut the phone on my face. I complained about this on their email, twitter page and facebook page and all they replied was \'We're looking into the matter and we'll get back to you soon.', which they obviously haven't. It has been more than a month but haven't got my refund yet! Was this information helpful? | |||
