Pizza Hut — online order- no refund- no invoice

Order Reference: [protected] Date: 07/03/2015 19:45:00 After placing this order, the delivery was made very late and when I asked for the refund under 30 min scheme, the delivery boy told me as the payment is done online, I cannot refund it. He told me to write online. And I was not given any invoice also. While placing the order online, I was told the delivery person will give the invoice, but the delivery person said that for online payment, no invoice is given. I made a request at online pizza hut website, but nothing has happened till today. Thanks [protected]@gmail.com
