Pizza Hut — Pathetic service as well as quality of food

The following is a complaint regarding the dismal experience faced by me on the order of a pizza from a branch of Pizza Hut in India, chennai. I had placed an order fit a tomatino pizza which was promised to be delivered within 30 minutes time. Pizza Hut failed to live up to it's promised as the pizza was delivered to me after 80 minutes from the time the order was placed. To add to the misery it was really disappointing to see the way the pizza was cut. It clearly showed the lack of interest that Pizza Hut possess in serving its customers because I believe that no pizzeria would ever cut a pizza the way it was cut and delivered to me. Pizza Hut being such and established and well recognised brand of food chain has been a major disappointment and hence I wouldn't refrain from saying that it could be the last time I order for a pizza from Pizza Hut.
