Pizza Hut — pizza arrived late(10 min) and low grade in quality

This is with regards to my order no [protected] placed on 3/5/2015.The order time was 20:36 as per your records but the delivery boy arrived around 20:45. Before that I called your customer care where Mr krishna took our call and when i asked him for full refund(as i have paid through credit card), he asked me to adjust which is not acceptable then he told me pizza hut has no policy of refund to account which is again very weird. More over when i opened the pizza, it was not at all palatable, we have ordered a so cheesy pizza which mean cheese dripping out of the crust.but in that pizza the cheese was not at all melted even the crust was not cooked properly.
