Pizza Hut — pizza hut incomplete delivery not in time

i ordered pizza hut aundh pune [protected]at 9.42 pm .order of 4 items on27 aug 2014. . i recd only two items at 1105pm.by mr manoj sonewane saying that remaining two items i forgot pl pay for full. i will send the items later. after putting the complaint to pizza hut web site no response from them .
