Pizza Hut — Refund not given for online order - system error

I placed online order for Pizza on 19th June 2015 at Navi Mumbai, New panvel store and payment of Rs. 555.07 was debited from my Net banking account. Payment ref number: S1412928. Pizza was not delivered. So I enquired at stores. They checked in the system and told me that they received payment n but order is not placed due to some error. They told me that money will be refunded to my account within 20 days. They asked me to place another order for the same and choose cash payment on delivery option. I placed order and made cash payment. But my online payment of Rs. 555.07 is still not refunded even after 40 days. This is very unethical on part of Pizza hut and customers will loose confidence with Pizza hut. I urge Pizza hut to refund my payment immediately.
