Pizza Hut — Unprofessional behavior from Pizza hut | |||
Hi, My name is Pawan and I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut basically because of it's pizza quality and parallel I sometimes try Dominos. Today, I ordered big pizza combo for home delivery and the operator promised 30 min delivery. We were eagerly waiting for it. But the delievery boy came after 40 min. I told hime you are late and so I shouldn't pay for this. He was adamant that I have to pay or give the order back. I even called the store and they said the same. Frankly speaking I am really surprised and angry too. He didn't take a sec to take the order back and left. I was hungry and already waited for so much time and I didn't saw a little bit of apology in the behavior. Giving example of Dominos, there were already a couple of instances like that and they never argued about that once they are late for their 30 min delivery. This is really unprofessional on your part and this made me angry. I will try to let people know about your 30 min promise and how you deal and will see if I can file a complaint against you in consumer court for the inconvenience you caused to me. P.S.
