Pizza Hut — Very difficult to get the refund, The way the handle customers is very unprofessional

I had placed online order with pizzahut which they accepted and also taken the payment and so i was waiting for pizza to deliver, I got call from them after half hour saying that they cannot supply the order and they will initiate refund within 21 days as their normal practice and my jaw dropped. I did not understand what was my fault and why my money is not returned immediately, They promised that their duty manager will call me and update and they have taken complaint of this issue, till date nothing has happened. I have called them over 100 times on phone but they do not respond properly, They keep transferring the calls from one branch to another, The way they handle customers is very unprofessional and rude. I don't know how such company still runs in India, Why to people take service from such unprofessional companies when there are guys who do better. Rest assured i am not eating any pizzas made my pizzahut. Please do the refund immediately.
