Sir my order id is 00713693. i received screen broken tablet from courier on 12 aug 2015. i am not collecting the items from courier but planet customare care said me, collect your tablet and immediately replace it. i had written remarks in the courier collected form . many time complain to the company through, mobile and mail id but no any action. pls justified me. thankyou
