PMPL Broadband — Request timeout

Respected Sir, I Prabir Nandi, i have a PMPL Broadband user id (prabir_actn). This to inform you that I am not satisfy with your service. Because most of the day your connection is gone for some time and for resolve it it took long time and day of 22.04.2015 Internet link fail. Till date ping is Request timeout. I call [protected] maney time & all so call local opareter Mr. Asis Nandi and Mr Raju, but my problem not solved. Please take nessary step to solved, Thanks to you. Regards Prabir Nandi.
