Ordered resting chair from Amazon of Rs.6999 on 1st March 2021 order id[protected]
and cancelled on 3rd March 2021 till not received the amount and provided refund reference number saying that Amazon has initiated refund from their end RRN NO-L2LHURYN0000KKZT1ZS5 and also raised complaint to bank and no response from them.

Refund not added to my account

I had bought an item from Amazon which I cancelled on 14th of March and the refund was initiated on that day itself, I did my transaction using my UBI atm/debit card of amount 659. The Amazon customer service said the refund is done by their side and asked to contact bank customer care so I called up the PNB customer care(because UBI is now PNB) but they said no such amount is added to your account. I called back again the Amazon customer...

Fraudulent transaction from my account

Address:PNB navyug market, ghaziabad

I was contacted by an shine.com representative for registering on job portal with Rs. 10 as soon as I was redirected to payment portal and i made the payment instead of Rs. 10/- my account was debited with Rs. 10, 000/- the security system of the bank is breached and compromised. I got an sms with otp which I found out to be fraudulent but it is active and processed by the bank. I have raised my complaint to the bank as well as cyber crime...

PNB is delaying to provide foreclosure letter to close my loan

Dear Team,
PNB is delaying to provide foreclosure letter, why do they take 15 working days to provide foreclosure letter. Nowadays systems are more faster to process any type of loans, but do their system are very slow in processing to close loan?
I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side. Money is most important matter for everyone and not only for banks. Already i have paid a lot to my bank....

Refund initiated by Amazon but still not credited to bank account(Refund Reference #30001010731065130930195)

I have ordered a product from amazon but due to some reasons I returned them.
Amazon initiated the refund amount on March 13 successfully, but still the amount not credited.
After contacting this issue with bank they are saying bank has nothing to do with it.

About my refund

I have booked a ticket on Irctc and than cancelled it. My third party app initiate the refund on 17 March but it didn't reflected in my PNB account. I called to the merchant and they provided me the ARN number and told that your bank is taking time. When I visited my branch that official don't know to track the ARN status and keep asking me to visit the branch regularly. Please help me with that PNB. I want my refund as soon as possible....

Refund initiated from amazon but not credited in my pnb account

My name is kartik dhama and I had ordered a product of RS.499 a mobile phone accessory in Amazon on 11/03/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 14/03/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110701070169628264 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank is not entertaining me and simply just ignoring me being a college student...

Recently my little brother made a in-game purchase on a game called call of duty mobile as soon as I got the confirmation of amount deducted from my account I immediately immediately contact the Google support and cancel the order but the merchant wont refund my amount...

Internet banking transactions

In my PNB internet banking i only have inquiry rights no transaction rights earlier it was working fine i was able to do transaction but from too long its not happening i can login into see balance but not able to do transaction its showing error "no active account found for this user type" i have complained, written application, done mails regarding this issue in nearby PNB branch 4-5 times but no resolution is provided till now kindly help...

I have ordered a product MSI graphics card on 20 th february.It was to be returned on 1st march. But I have not received my refunded money. Amazon said it was Bank charge disputed problem. Bank did not help me.
