PNB — Complaint against Punjab National Bank | |||
PNB Dept. I am writing to you to file a complaint against your bank process of returning money. In February, I withdrawn 2500 rs from Yes Bank ATM, Imli Phatak, Jaipur but the process wasn’t completed and I didn’t get money from ATM but from my account 2500 rs were deducted. I filed complaint on 10, Feb, 2015 to the customer care and my complaint number is – M[protected]. The customer care executive told me that I’ll get back my money within 7 days but unfortunately I didn’t get it till date. I even went to the PNB office, dholpur (from where my account is opened) and filed an application but still not get my money back. It’s more than a month now and I really don’t understand why this process is too lengthy and why you guys are taking this much time in filling request of your own bank’s old customer. I want my money back within next 7 working days else I’ll close my account from such irresponsible and uncontrolled bank where customers are not treated well. I am expecting revert from your side as soon as possible else I’ll definitely take an action. My details are mentioned below for your reference.
