Dear Sir/Madam,
PNB credit card department had sent me a new card with some additional security features against my old credit card two months back. But the PIN for this card has not send by them so far where as I have been made two three times complain at customer care of PNB as well as through mail. My old card also has been blocked by PNB and I am facing a lot of problems due to this. The response of PNB customer care executives is very bad.
Please do the needful in this regard.
