PNB — delay in cheque

I am a customer of PNB delhi. i have deposited a cheque of RS.40000/- in PNB dated on[protected].Cheque no.was422628(SBI GORAKHPUR).the cheque was failed but had been passed by SBI gorakhpur and yet we have not recieved any payment as well as and alreaduy we had posted a complaint in branch office circle office and even CMD of PNB (delhi).we had mailed our complaints but we dont have recieved any positive response.
