PNB MetLife — Online payment done but the PNB metlife still says not received any info.. | |||||
Hi Team, I have paid the PNBMetlife premium on october 2015 but still i am getting the reminder mail again and again. When i paid money online, i got a confirmation from PNBMetlife team, stating that "Your premium payment transaction for PNB MetLife of Rs.6091.41 against application no. KBM101288 was successful with Transaction no. EHMP[protected], Please quote this transaction ID for any further reference. Premium shall be allocated in policy on risk commencement date subject to policy issuance. You can call our helpline[protected] if you need any further details regarding your application with us. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation." When i send mail to PNBMetlife they ask me to send the bank statement, i have forwarded all the mail Nov 2015 and i was follwing the same till today Jan 2016 but no solution, But they keep asking for the same documents again and again. Also i have visited the nearest branch and i produced all documents physically on Dec[protected]:31 PM) and they confirmed that they will give a call back after 2 working days but till now there is no info.
