My account no. [protected] of Aarti vasishat .I was using mobile banking facility of pnb but from.last month I face problem in generating otp u compliant on cuatmercare, mobile banking help desk no. In delhi n in my branch several times but they can't provide me any satisfactory solution again I approach my branch (pnb Benjamin road ) but they openly commit this is not their matter n can't help .again I approach customer care n vice versa. Several times in a month they all just gave me tat for 24 hrs but my problem not resolved at last branch suggest re apply for password I did it around 1 month ago for the same but still not recieve my password on asking Mr gill who look after this is in branch he just ignore me n spoke very rudely that he can't do anything.I m tired now moving from piller to post at last I m sending u mail regarding same I hope of some solution. N positive reply,
