PNB — Money deducted from a/c but not disbursed from ATM ID L5395300

I had withdrawn Rs 10000/- from PNB ATM ID L5395300 on 01-Dec-2014 situated on shipra path mansarovar jaipur Rajasthan. No Money came out from the ATM machine but the account has been debited with the same amount. I had registered a complaint with the bank branch in SFS mansarovar jaipur branch immediately but haven't received the money back yet.
