PNB — money stuck in Atm machine

upur Dua have a joint account with my father Mr. Raj Kumar Dua in Punjab national bank, Jheel branch Delhi. On 19 February i had registered a complaint of 1000 Rupees which got stuck in ATM machine during the transaction, I immediately call customer care of Punjab national bank they gave me complaint number and respond that I'll get back the amount in 7 working days, But now they are saying that my request has been rejected and the reason is transaction successful . Its my humble request you to solve my problem, tell me the alternative or to check the video coverage of that day so that i can get my money back.
