my mothers sharda devi bag was stolen while she was travelling. I called c care to hotlist the card of account no [protected] at 5:58 am I talked to RINA PRAJAPATI and RAKESH SINGH gave them all details. I was providing all the details of mother as she was travelling in train and was not getting proper network. but card was not blocked and 25000 was withdrawn from my mothers account
