PNB — To process EMI for Education Loan

I have called and send Email to PNB IIT Kharagpur branch to process my Education Loan EMI. No one is responding and surprisingly PNB Customer care also can't help me to reach out that branch. I have send 10 mails to [protected]@pnb.co.in and talked to Loan Officer but no response and PNB customer care is the worst service I had ever faced. whatever i ask their response is "We are not authorized to access the inofrmatiom".
