[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — cancel Mediclaim policy but not revert amount | |||
Hi All, I purchase a apollo-munich health policy, and my mistake payment done 3 times, in favor of merchant. Your executive said it will revert within week period, and I had paid the same amount some other account also. After that have erroneous commitment from your executive I cancelled my policy. Now issue is the I received 3 payment out of 4 and merchant said they revert all 4 payment. Even you can refer the below line which I had drooped to mail there and no one gave any response. I am writing to mail last 2 months and only got the answer policy bazaar exuecutive are working on in and its revert it very soon. Today I had telephonic conversation with Apollo-Munich customer executive, as per his statement all 4 transaction has been reverted in your account (3 transaction to Axis Bank, and 1 transaction to HSBC Bank). So I have to clear to you, 3 transaction credited in our account ( 2 in Axis and 1 done in HSBC, Monthly statement submitted). Furthermore, on the time of policy purchasing payment done 4 time to merchant, but after erroneous advised by policy bazaar customer executive we decided to cancel the medical policy. Still we are waiting to positive response and passion for it, but now I have to warn you take very serious action on it soon. very bad service from policy bazaar customer care and their executive are really making made and foolish. i strongly recommended to all don't buy any thing online, please check it's available near by locally and also provided good and satisfied service. India is not the like other country, and it's not ready to blindly trust on any web domain...everyday seems like website started and within day it shutdown.
