[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — documents sent but not submitted to HDFC life

Dear All, This is with reference to my policy from HDFC life, which to much regret i bought from POLICY BAZAAR. I spoke to your person Mr. Akshay and Mr. Gaurav Mehta. Both of them pretty much sounded very commited. But much to my dismay it was not the scenario. I Have sent the documents after buying the policy on 27th Nov 2014. Till date i am receiving calls from HDFC LIFE saying they have not received the documents Can i get an answer why your employees are so irresponsible. How can they not co-ordinate with HDFC LIFE for the policy. However I am Pretty irritated and annoyed with POLICY BAZAAR. And also HDFC LIFE is saying they are not responsible for your this mistake. Isn't this wonderful, you both are working in conjunction and still they can say this. Waiting for your view on this. Policy No :[protected] JIYAA BHATIA
